Despite efforts to create a uniform LandAmerica on-line brand identity, local LandAmerica offi ces were developing websites that were not consistent with national branding efforts. These sites, developed outside of the control, oversight, and review processes of Marketing Resources and the Quality Assurance Teams, frequently contained inconsistent language, messages, logos, graphics, and overall poor quality. These "rogue" sites created a drain on marketing resources that had to be diverted from other initiatives in order to police them.
Designed and developed an online application and architecture that enables corporate partners to easily create and manage their own web presence
Developed a secure, password-protected administration site where the administrator can log in to manage the site by interacting with a series of simple web-based forms
Built an online tool for creation of content and graphics uploads to populate the site with brand-compliant information
Created back-end system of communication to facilitate new launch processes and ongoing management of corporate marketing efforts
The solution provided disparate parts of the business with a brand compliant website
The site helped LandAmerica offices and partners to achieve their web-based goals while strengthening the LandAmerica brand
The solution provided a formal process for ownership, development and approvals of website content, promoting adherence to brand standards
